Fundraising Store Agreement
We’re happy to have you join our program! We are big believers that “working together works”.
Because this may be a unique or new option for your organization, we’ve put together a simple agreement so that we both understand our roles and responsibilities.
We Agree You Will:
Be registered to collect sales tax in your state and provide Merry Moola, Inc. with that information.
Provide banking information (via an app and not to us directly) for your sales deposits.
Provide us with PNG or JPEG files of your logo and HEX colors from your website to match the branding between it and the store.
Let the people in your Organization who want to participate in having ongoing support know about our community.
Do your best to promote your store and encourage all your followers and members to do the same thing.
We Agree We Will:
Build and supply your organization with its own Shopify store stocked with golf clothing and accessories from women owned businesses.
Pay you 20% for each sale made through your store (deposited electronically to you monthly).
Absorb all credit card processing fees.
Collect and remit sales tax for your store.
Provide all customer support and help to your shoppers.
Give access to the Merry Moola online community to your fundraisers for added support.
This is an annual service which does NOT renew automatically.
You’ll be notified 60-days prior to the end of your initial agreement.
You may cancel at any time.
No pro-rated refunds will be given since we’ve already invested in the technology to run your store.
The annual fee is $500 (purchases made in 2024 have 2 additional months added to the service for a total of 14 months).
By making your purchase you agree to all of the above.
