Losing weight is more than just counting calories and hitting the gym.
It’s about addressing the emotional roots that often sabotage our efforts.
Life is all about your habits: Daily routines, or habits, make up most of your life. What you do every single day over and over again combines, over time, to become the very foundation of your life.
Habits are automatic thoughts and behaviors. When you develop a habit, it takes that action out of the realm of having to make a conscious choice every time you do it. It’s like having an invisible program running your life.

Life with me wasn't easy for 'me' or anyone around me.
While I cannot credit EFT for my initial weight loss (I was put on a liquid, medically-supervised diet when I was 12 years old), I can say that it absolutely allowed me to stop the crazy-lady shit I lived with food, dieting, weight loss (yep, I was a repeat dieter) and my dysfunctional relationship with all of that, and myself.
I recently did a video about me and my weight “stuff” you can watch on THIS PAGE.
maybe you aren't as far gone as I was with insanity about food and dieting.
